Bevvy Swift

Since they went their separate ways after the late 80's hip- house craze, hip-hop and electronic styles have long been on a re-collision course - and Bevvy Swift has been charting that shit the whole way. Originally appearing on the North American scene in 2008 as part of a duo known as "Glitchy & Scratchy", Bevvy quickly expanded his solo output to deeper and more left-field beat styles. 2012 will see him release his first solo album, entitled "Monochrome", with a slew of EP's to follow. Whether he's making "glitch-hop", "wonky", "aquacrunk", "purple", "future", or (insert other disposable buzzword here), Bevvy draws from the electronic sounds of the past to make the hip hop of the future.
