Jack Coleman, aka JAK, is a Portland, Oregon-based DJ, producer, label owner, live performer, and event organizer focused on quality underground techno and electro music. During his 20+ years as a performer, he’s presented his raw rhythmic sounds at clubs and underground events in locations like Detroit, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Vancouver, BC, and Santiago de Chile. As a producer, he’s released over 150 original trax and remixes on labels like Northern Parallels, Trapez, Advanced (Black), Illegal Alien, and his own imprint SubSensory Recordings. He’s also been remixed by the likes of Mark Broom, Audio Injection (aka Truncate), Noncompliant, and Angel Alanis. A veteran event organizer and vocal advocate for the next generation, Jack is considered one of the driving forces behind techno music in Portland. In 2019, his long-running
