Gahr

Making left-field beats and electronic music since 2010, Oakland-based producer Gahr has been bubbling in the Bay Area electronic underground for years. Steeped in the sounds of club culture, Gahr's music pulls from so many different sonic touchstones it can be hard to keep track. Everything from deep house, techno and hip hop to indie dance, ambient and trap seem to show up in the producer's output. Those varied influences have resulted in a unique sound and singular creative vision that permeates Gahr's work, from his debut full-length Mixed Signals (2015) and follow-up EP Like There's No Tomorrow (2019) on through to a series of singles and remixes released by the likes of BPitch Control and Moulton Music.
