Chalanga

Chalanga is a musical experience created by dj and producer Patrick Di Stefano and multi-instrumentalist Diego Grassedonio. The idea of mixing electronics with acoustic sounds to create the musical alchemy of Chalanga, was born during a live performance in an historical club of Murazzi area in Turin. In September 2020 Chalanga released on vinyl for Salgari Records the EP "Paradisea": four afro-cosmic tracks composed of hypnotic beats, exotic melodies, organic percussion and the shamanic presence of the saxophone. From the collaboration with Uhuru Republic, a collective of international artists born to connect Italian and African culture through music and art, came to life "Dahab" a track included in the “MUDA” EP published on vinyl for Salgari Records on February 2021.
